Ruth Muiruri is the Managing Partner of Waithera Muiruri & Co Advocates. With over two decades of practice, she has built a distinguished reputation in commercial law, financial services regulation, and energy sector transactions in Kenya and across the East African region.

Ruth has advised leading corporations, financial institutions, international investors, and government agencies on some of Kenya's most consequential legal and commercial matters. Her practice is known for its strategic depth, meticulous attention to commercial outcomes, and the ability to translate complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for business leaders.

A graduate of the University of Nairobi with an LLB (Hons), Ruth holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya.
